Shift Manger
Job Requirements
* Supervise and lead a team of baristas and staff during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
* Oversee and maintain product quality, ensuring all drinks and food items are prepared according to Java Lounge standards.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and manage the ordering process as needed.
* Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
* Handle cash management, register transactions, and ensured accurate dail
